Who pays?
Each member pays for their own order online. Joining alone does not count toward rewards.
Where is delivery?
The captain selects one shared delivery point — society gate, tower lobby, office reception or family collection point.
What happens at the deadline?
Paid orders automatically proceed at the deadline. The store holds those orders for the group delivery, and any eligible HFN Wallet rewards are applied automatically during reconciliation.
Can HFN help set it up?
